Job Description

Position: HR Intern

Location: Remote

Type: PartTime

Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: 1000 INR per month

As an HR Intern you will gain valuable experience in human resources management working closely with our experienced HR team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR Intern to join our team. This remote parttime position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain handson experience in human resources. Over the course of 3 months you will support various HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee engagement and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation schedules.
  1. Employee Records Management:
  • Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
  1. HR Administrative Support:
  • Assist in the preparation of HRrelated documents reports and presentations.
  • Provide support in organizing and coordinating HR events and training sessions.
  1. Employee Engagement:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Support communication efforts to enhance employee relations and workplace culture.
  1. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Help in the documentation and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
