Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopies and colonoscopies.
• Diagnosing and treating various gastrointestinal conditions including liver pancreas and intestinal diseases.
• Providing consultations to patients and their families offering comprehensive care plans and treatment options.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on treatment strategies.
• Conducting research and staying updated with advancements in gastroenterology to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as endoscopic ultrasounds and biopsies.
• Documenting patient care accurately and comprehensively in medical records.
• Adhering to clinical protocols best practices and quality standards.
• Participating in continuing medical education and professional development activities.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to medical residents and fellows.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Gastroenterology.
• Valid state medical license to practice as a Gastroenterologist in Delhi.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions.
• Proficiency in performing endoscopic procedures including gastroscopies and colonoscopies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams.
