JD Data Analytics Consultant at E&Y
Location Any of these EY Office locations (Pune Bangalore Hyderabad Noida Chennai) preferably Pune ( as EYs client is located in Pune) but location is not a constraint for right candidate.
Job Description Summary:
The responsibilities of the Data Analytics Consultant will consist of collaborating with the Digital Workplace Technology and Product teams as well as Data Enterprise Delivery and key business stakeholders to help build and implement a dashboard capable of reporting Microsoft 365 adoption and utilization metrics. This role will work with the Digital Workplace Infrastructure Technology team to extract the required data from Microsoft Graph and create a data product. The data product will be used to create multiple reports based on gathered requirements from stakeholders. The role will report into the Digital Workplace Infrastructure team with a dotted line to the Digital Workplace Product team.
Job Description:
Major Duties :
- Work with the technology business leaders and stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements
- Collaborate with infrastructure team to extract data via Microsoft Graph
- Serve as a data steward by working alongside Data Enterprise Delivery team to input extracted data into the Northern Trust data platform and create viable data product
- Partner with Product s data custodian to develop a consumerfacing adoption and utilization dashboard
- Ensure good techniques are used to report the data in a form that represents it well and to help the consumer of the data understand what is being stated clearly
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and translate that data into sound insights
- In depth familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with relational database concepts querying data warehouses requirements gathering
- Technical skills / systems knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Graph Collibra Azure Data Lake Python SQL etc.) is required
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (i.e. Power BI) required
- Experience with SQL and Excel
- Prior experience using statistical software or knowledge of various data mining and analytical tools (SAS etc.) preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong team / relationship building skills
Experience and Qualification:
- Graduate in Engineering or Computer science ( BE BTech BCA MCA BSc computer science)
- Minimum 8 plus years of experience with at least 5 plus years in Microsoft products like Power BI SQL Python Microsoft Graph Azure
- Hands on Experience on Microsoft Stack on Analytics
