Job Description
Role Customer Service (US/UK/Australia PROCESS)
- LOCATION Thane Wagle Estate
- Salary 35k to 40k Incentives
- Experience 1 year in INTERNATIONAL BPO
- 5 days working ( rotational week offs)
- shift time 7pm to 4am
- CAB FACILITY AVAILABLE (Pick & Drop Available)
- Need Immediate joiners
Need candidates with international SALES/ RETENTIONS/ COLLECTIONS/ CUSTOMER SERVICE
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of SSC/HSC/Graduate.
- Recent experience in international BPO with a focus on international sales retentions collections or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a proficiency in English.
- Interested to work with US Collections process
- Ready to work with night shifts
- If you have experience in first party collections or third party collections its an added advantage.
