Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients during the night shift
• Conduct clinical diagnosis and establish treatment plans
• Manage medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure patient comfort and care
• Maintain and update accurate medical records and documentation
• Adhere to medical protocols and standards of care
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress
• Participate in medical rounds with consultants and specialists
• Manage medication administration and follow medication safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards of medical practice
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in the implementation of patient safety measures
• Remain updated on current medical practices and procedures
• Support in training and mentoring junior medical staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree
• Valid and active medical license from the Medical Council of India
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in emergency medicine or general practice
• Proficient in clinical diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Sound knowledge of medical records management and documentation
• Familiarity with medical ethics and legal regulations
• Ability to make quick and accurate medical decisions
