We are hiring Front office admin for a leading Hospital
The Front Office Admin plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of our West Mambalam location. They are the first point of contact for visitors and are responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the office staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle office supply orders and inventory
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate with building management for office maintenance
- Assist in travel arrangements for staff
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support other departments as needed
- Perform adhoc administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Admin or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Great attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Experience with office equipment such as printers copiers and fax machines
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Solid customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks
