Job Description: Territory Manager

Position Overview:

The Territory Manager drives sales growth by promoting and selling to Industrial mechanical electrical and plumbing solutions. With a focus on strategic sales client relationship management and technical support this role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in enduser/commercial sales within the MEP industry. Responsibilities include developing sales plans building client relationships providing technical assistance and staying updated on industry trends. The MEP Sales Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering client satisfaction.

Skills/Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in strategic sales specifically within the Industrial/MEP (Mechanical Equipment Plumbing) industry.

Strong understanding of MEP products systems and services with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.

Demonstrated success in key account management and driving sales growth in the MEP sector.

Excellent negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office suite and other relevant sales tools.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Selfmotivated individual with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory and occasionally work weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MEP products and services.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders in the MEP industry including contractors engineers and project managers at Jobsite and Office.

Conduct indepth needs assessments to uncover customer s painpoint and propose productive solutions to meet their unmet needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive product demonstrations and technical support to clients.

Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients ensuring terms are favourable and in line with company objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

Effectively utilize CRM software to track sales activities manage customer interactions and generate accurate sales reports.

Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials participate in industry events and support marketing campaigns.

Provide required support and assistance to clients acknowledging and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
