AGM Finance - NBFC

Overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization.

Reporting to CFO the person will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting

maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing robust financial controls.

Strategic insights and financial acumen will be instrumental in guiding for the organization.

1. Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting

standards.

Conduct indepth financial analysis to provide insights into the companys financial performance.

Develop and present financial reports to senior management highlighting key trends and

opportunities.

2. Audit Management:

Coordinate and manage external audits ensuring timely and accurate provision of financial

information.

Address audit findings and implement corrective actions to enhance financial controls.

Work closely with external auditors to streamline the audit process.

3. Tax Management:

Oversee the preparation and submission of all taxrelated filings including corporate income tax

returns.

4. MIS (Management Information System):

Prepare and disseminate regular MIS reports offering key performance indicators (KPIs) and

financial metrics to support decisionmaking at various organizational levels.

Degree in Accounting or equivalent. CA CPA

Minimum 7 years of experience.

Minimum 3 years manager experience mentoring and developing teams

Startup experience will be an added advantage demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in a rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.
