Job Description

Overview:

As a Customer Service Executive you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional service to maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing and updating customer accounts and information
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Processing orders forms and requests
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Handling customer feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve overall customer experience
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for customer service efficiency
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Preparing reports on customer service performance and feedback
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills
  • Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhering to performance and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Indepth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes quickly
