The Branch Manager at West Mambalams leading hospital plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the branch. Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
- Monitor and maintain the branchs budget and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Develop and execute plans for business development and growth
- Resolve patient and staff concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff
- Collaborate with the central management team to align branch goals with organizational objectives
- Participate in community engagement and outreach activities to promote the hospital services
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patients
- Manage inventory and procurement processes
- Produce regular reports on branch performance and KPIs
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in healthcare management
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role within the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving operational targets
- Strong commitment to patientcentered care and service excellence
- Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
- Understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
- Certification in Healthcare Management or related field (preferred)
- Understanding of community health needs and practices (preferred)
- Availability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations
