Overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
• Monitor and maintain the branchs budget and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
• Develop and execute plans for business development and growth
• Resolve patient and staff concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff
• Collaborate with the central management team to align branch goals with organizational objectives
• Participate in community engagement and outreach activities to promote the hospital services
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patients
• Manage inventory and procurement processes
• Produce regular reports on branch performance and KPIs
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in healthcare management

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role within the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and manage a diverse team
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Exceptional communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software
• Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and achieving operational targets
• Strong commitment to patientcentered care and service excellence
• Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
• Understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
• Certification in Healthcare Management or related field (preferred)
• Understanding of community health needs and practices (preferred)
• Availability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations
