Job Description

Overview:

The Club Ambassador plays a crucial role in representing the club building relationships with potential members and promoting the clubs activities and events. They serve as the face of the club and are responsible for fostering a positive and engaging environment for both existing and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members and guests providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
  • Generate leads recruit new members and retain current members through various sales and promotional activities
  • Organize and execute engaging events to attract new members and enhance the overall club experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses community organizations and other relevant stakeholders to further the clubs visibility and membership base
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials newsletters and social media content
  • Represent the club at community events trade shows and other relevant gatherings to increase brand awareness
  • Assist in coordinating member engagement initiatives and activities to ensure high member satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct club tours and orientations for potential new members showcasing the clubs amenities and benefits
  • Provide regular reports on membership statistics event attendance and other relevant metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities for growth

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales marketing or customer service roles
  • Ability to network effectively and build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated event management experience
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of club policies programs and facilities (training provided)
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
