Role: Growth Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
A Growth Marketing Manager devises and executes strategies to drive business
growth through digital channels that directly drives user acquisition
engagement retention and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of
creativity analytical skills and handson experience in various marketing
channels.
The manager is responsible for analysing campaign data identifying trends and
implementing changes to improve performance. They work closely with cross
functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
product launches and content strategies.
The role involves continual testing and refinement of marketing tactics keeping
abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and exploring new channels for
user acquisition and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
Design implement and manage growth strategies to drive user
acquisition retention and revenue.
Utilize datadriven approaches to identify growth opportunities and
optimize marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee and optimize campaigns across various digital marketing
channels including SEO SEM social media email and content marketing.
Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads
Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze marketing data to track performance identify trends and
provide actionable insights.
Create and present regular reports on marketing performance and
growth metrics.
A/B Testing and Experimentation:
Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing
strategies and tactics.
Implement successful experiments at scale to drive growth.
Customer Journey Optimization:
Map and optimize the customer journey to improve user experience and
conversion rates.
Collaborate with product and UX teams to enhance the user experience.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Product Sales and
Customer Success to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a content strategy that supports growth objectives.
Oversee the creation of highquality content that engages and converts
the target audience.
Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:
Identify and build strategic partnerships and influencer relationships to
expand reach and drive growth.
Manage comarketing campaigns and collaborations.

of landing pages websites copy layouts and funnels that are designed to
convert
Strategies with the CEO GM Commercial how to optimise pricing tiers
for growth
Based on audits on the company website focusing on UX UI page
performance and copywriting suggest and execute improvements that
are designed to increase their conversion rate.
Develop monitor and improve live campaigns analyse websites and
funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of
opportunity.
Providing reporting to the senior management team against agreed
performance measures and providing insights on strategies and tactics.
Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns
with a focus on content marketing social media marketing and paid
advertising
Develop a unified approach to the company s overall marketing efforts in
collaboration with the social media product and design teams
Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant
internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and
engaging with existing audiences
Work with content marketing team to ensure the company blog social
media accounts and website are continuously updated and optimized to
provide a great user experience
Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing
initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on
improvement strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Master s
degree preferred).
Proven experience (5 years) in growth marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels tools and best
practices.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Semrush
AHrefs Shopify).
Experience with A/B testing and datadriven decision making.
Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous
improvement.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
