Job Description

Overview:

The Sales position is crucial to our organization as it is responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition of new clients as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. The role plays a vital part in developing and implementing sales strategies while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through various sales techniques and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and create effective sales materials
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Attend sales meetings trade shows and industry events
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Constantly seek new sales opportunities and potential markets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Understanding of market trends and dynamics

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
