Position Overview
Fuzia Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic marketing SEO content creation and client management within an agency or similar environment. This role requires excellent communication skills a passion for growth and startups and proficiency with social media tools. Experience with ads team management and leading projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms including Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and more.
- Utilize organic marketing techniques to increase reach and engagement.
- Oversee SEO and content marketing efforts to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Set up processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in social media operations.
- Work on growth metrics track progress and provide regular reports on performance.
- Oversee projects from conception to completion ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver desired results.
- Manage client relationships ensuring satisfaction and delivering outstanding results.
- Work on client retention strategies to maintain longterm partnerships.
- Focus on team development through training feedback and professional growth opportunities.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends tools and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong focus on organic marketing SEO and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client management preferably within an agency setting.
- Passion for growth startups and innovation.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to set up processes and lead projects.
- Ability to develop and execute creative social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to work on growth metrics and track performance.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Creative design skills or experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
