Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement audit plans including risk assessment and audit scope.
• Lead and manage the audit team providing guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct and oversee financial and operational audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks.
• Review and assess compliance with policies procedures and regulations.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure timely completion of audit reports and followup on action plans.
• Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders during audit processes.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of audit methodologies.
• Handling Direct Tax Matters and acting as a virtual Chief Financial Officer (vCFO)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• Professional certification intermediate/ IPCC
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
