Tendering Engineer
Mandatory Qualification: Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in similar field
Location: Science City Road Ahmedabad Gujarat
About the role We are seeking a skilled Tendering Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tendering process for engineering projects ensuring accuracy completeness and competitiveness of bids. The role involves collaborating with various internal departments and external stakeholders to prepare and submit winning proposals.
Responsibilities:
Hands On knowledge and experience of the Gem Portals and other Government agencies.
Maintain accurate records to coordinate prepare and compile bid submission documents about Government tendering/bidding activities tender questionnaires and prequalifications; contract review.
Analyse tender documents including invitations to tender requests for proposal and requests for quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors suppliers and other stakeholders.
Preparing and submitting competitive bids or proposals in response to project tenders or requests for proposals.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop detailed technical proposals.
Prepare comprehensive technical proposals including engineering designs drawings and equipment specifications in accordance with tender requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Proven experience in Government Sales Tendering and Biding
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
