Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning and analysis processes
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
• Monitor cash flow and ensure availability of funds for operational needs
• Assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct financial analysis to support decisionmaking
• Participate in strategic planning and resource allocation
• Supervise and mentor finance team members
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on financial matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
• Active CA (Chartered Accountant) certification
• Proven experience as a finance manager or in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Expertise in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of budget management and forecasting
• Indepth knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
• Excellent strategic planning and decisionmaking abilities
• Proficient in financial software and MS Excel
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively
• Experience in managing and developing a finance team
• Highly organized with attention to detail
