Key responsibilities
- Recruit train and supervise a team of insurance agents
- Set and communicate sales targets and goals to the team
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive agency growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and activity reports
- Ensure adherence to underwriting and pricing guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to agents in complex sales situations

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
- Proven experience in insurance sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role
