Job Description
Our client is seeking a patientfocused Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy a valid Physical Therapy License and be committed to making diversity equity and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent health care for patients
Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
Treat patients and set measurable functional goals
Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
in the latest research and techniques Schedule and Shift Details
Schedule Option
Clinic Hours MondayFriday 7 AM 7 PM Schedule flexible within hours of operation
Comp @ Average $80K ($10K SignOn Bonus)
Profit Sharing Plan & Bonuses $37K Additional per Year
InHouse Path to Clinic Ownership Program InHouse Business Loan Program
Ed License & Certification Reimbursement w/o Contract Commitment
