Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to lead our design team. This role requires a proactive selfstarter who thrives in fastpaced startup environments and excels at fostering strong service relationships and collaborative work settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of designers promoting a collaborative and innovative atmosphere.
Product Design: Oversee the design process from concept to execution ensuring compelling visuals and a seamless user experience.
Design Strategy: Craft and execute design strategies that complement our product objectives and business goals.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into effective design solutions.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for design deliverables across projects provide feedback and advocate best practices.
User Research: Collaborate with the research team to conduct user studies and usability tests utilizing insights to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies pushing for innovation and excellence within the team.
Performance Management: Evaluate team performance offer feedback and facilitate professional growth.
Resource Management: Allocate design resources wisely to balance team workload and meet deadlines efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate design visions project progress and achievements to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparency.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Design Fine Arts or a related field.
Over 4 years of experience in UX/UI design or graphic design.
At least 1 year of leadership experience preferably managing a design team.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma and other relevant design tools.
Deep understanding of design principles UX/UI design and usercentric strategies.
Exceptional communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver toptier design solutions under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A driven passion for design with a commitment to inspiring and leading others.
