AI Research Scientist - Computer Vision

• Build computer vision applications for the data captured from fixed cameras or drones.
• Should be able to analyze the images for industrial complexes like power plants power distribution refineries petrochemicals etc.
• Ability to select the appropriate classified image libraries and algorithms to develop anomaly detection application
• Should be able to program the application to automate the detection.
• Should be well versed with various imaging formats.
• Assist in the installation and running of product demonstrations.
• Test and reform algorithms to analyze video images and improve detection sensitivity.
• Evaluate various stateoftheart computer vision algorithms and recommend the best fit on a casetocase basis.
• Develop and automate applications to support routine inspection through drones.
• Port implement and optimize analytics and machine learning algorithms using specialpurpose computing architectures.
• Secondary support and bug fixing for active applications at client sites
• Contribute to expanding and sustaining the knowledge base through the training and mentoring of peers and subordinates.
• Establish technical performance benchmark
• Support the Sales team during the bidding process with technical clarifications
• Support the project team with estimates schedules and resource loading.
• Develop solution architecture and generate draft for design reviews.
• Help in developing project documentation and client training.

• B.E/B.Tech (CS) from recognized University

• 10 years of overall experience in delivery of endtoend analytical solutions (analyze design implement
• test and deploy) and implementation of AI and Advanced Analytics projects for Oil Gas and Chemical industries
• 8 11 years of work in building computer vision applications using AI.
• Handson and strong project experience in developing computer vision applications using Framework and Image Libraries: Open CV TensorFlow and Keras.
• Wellversed and proficient in Python C scripting languages
• Experience in industrial computer vision applications using AI
• Experience working with dronebased data (nice to have)
• Experience in the latest computer vision frameworks for pretrained models
• Experience in industrial automation use cases using computer vision AI
• Certification in AI / Data Analytics / Deep Learning is desired
• Having a personal Github account will be an advantage.
• Analytical capabilities to support engineering decisions.
• Experience in realtime video analytics pipeline.
• Dronebased data analytics and modeling for anomaly detection.
• Process or Power industry experience is desired.
• Good in documentation practices writing reports and project protocols.
• High level of technical aptitude
• Microsoft Office and technical presentation skills.
