Job Description:

TwineChart a leading provider of innovative data visualization and analytics solutions is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Salary: $38500 $49500 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist customers with product information troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
    • Address and escalate customer complaints or concerns to the appropriate team members.
  • Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Order Processing:

    • Assist with processing orders returns and exchanges.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Support Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Perform general administrative duties such as filing scanning and managing correspondence.
    • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
