Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join as Assistant Accounts Manager in the company dealing in the Finance sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all financial transactions coordinating invoices and preparing financial reports while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations. Conducts reconciliation oversees audits and analyses financial data to maintain accurate records and facilitate timely payment processes. Basically to manage and monitor daily financial transactions for smooth functioning of the operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Recording maintaining and managing daytoday financial transactions of the company.
- Coordinating and preparing and maintaining invoices and payment orders.
- Preparing financial statements and reports as per company requirements.
- Conducting reconciliation on financial transactions.
- Coordinating internal and external audits.
- Coordinating and verifying all the accounting operations.
- Analysing financial information to identify discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and implement changes to ensure compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely payment of bills and invoicing to clients.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies procedures and relevant laws.
- Handling petty cash/cash transactions.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare MIS as per the companys requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in commerce or related field.
- Relevant handson accounts experience.
- Knowledge of computer application such as word excel.
- Experienced in accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles regulations and financial reporting.
- Should be able to work in a team.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
