Sources purchases plans and schedules the movement of raw materials packaging materials parts components services supplies finished goods and related material through production and inventory process. Identifies raw material component and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules. In frontend procurement mode analyzes data and determines factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality reliability and ability to meet required schedules. Coordinates and follows up with production warehouse and engineering personnel to ensure appropriate procurement scheduling and movement of materials and services. Compiles information to keep informed on price trends and manufacturing processes. May monitor the performance of suppliers and collaborate on demand analysis planning.

Additional tasks:

* Open manufaturing orders for validation tests

* Assure correct items and quantities were included in the kitting process

* Suppport team with validations in the Clean Room Floor

* Inventory Analysis for raw material coverages

* Confirm and provide finished good forecast as per teams request

* Solve invoices issues for POs related to the projects and validations

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related area in the regulated industry. Computer literacy(Word Excel PowerPoint). Selfsufficient and able to drive completion of work with minimal guidance/direction. Analytical Thinking and ProblemSolving Skills. Bachelor Degree Completed. Bilingual(English and Spanish). Willing to work Onsite Over time and weekends if when needed.
