An International Marketing Technology company from China focusing on various marketing technology platforms to assist various businesses go global.
- Working Location: MENARA UOA BANGSAR
- Working Hours: Mon Fri 9am 6pm
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for recruitment tasks (resume screening interview scheduling).
- Managing employee onboarding processes including the maintenance of employee records.
- Office environment management ensuring cleanliness in both personal and common areas.
- Organizing office supplies and reporting the requirements for office essentials.
- Keeping records of office supplies and fixed assets.
- Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of utilities such as water electricity and the network.
- Attendance management which includes maintaining records of employee leave annual leave usage verifying employee attendance (clockin records) and reminding employees to make up for missed punches among other tasks.
- Planning teambuilding activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree graduate in Human Resource or relevant
- English Malay. Mandarin is a bonus
- Strong communication and execution skills excellent copywriting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
