Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B and B2C sectors.
- Identify target audiences market trends and competitive environments for strategic decisionmaking.
Digital Marketing Management
- Manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns including social media email SEO/SEM content marketing and automation.
- Optimize digital marketing budgets and resources for maximum ROI.
Content Creation and Management
- Create engaging content for digital platforms including blog posts social media updates and newsletters.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone across all content.
Lead Generation and Conversion
- Drive lead generation through targeted advertising campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams for seamless integration between marketing and sales.
Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Enhance brand visibility reputation and customer engagement.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and guide marketing teams promoting their growth and development.
- Collaborate with sales product development and customer service teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Market Research and Customer Insights
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
