What you will do:

• Work with our Executive Producer in defining the goals for the gameplay teams and break down the necessary milestones into realistic achievable goals.
• Ignite your creativity by collaborating closely with the Game Director genius programmers visionary designers and animation wizards to conjure an unparalleled gaming adventure.
• Embark on a journey of defining orchestrating and executing milestones in perfect harmony with the projects grand master plan and release schedule. Craft your own epic saga.
• Take control and report on the triumphant progress of the dream team working tirelessly to bring aweinspiring gameplay experiences to life.
• Be the master of innovation as you pioneer the development of cuttingedge prototypes overseeing their evolution to meet timebound qualitydriven benchmarks.
• Join forces with the game management squad to champion your ideas in exhilarating studio and publisher green light meetings where you hold the keys to unlocking a world of gaming wonders.

Who you are:

• You have worked as a Gameplay Producer on a mission team gameplay team or both for at least 2 AAA games. You have a deep understanding of the production process and working with different teams from technical to creative.
• Crafting Immersive Worlds: Your role isnt about assets; its about sculpting unforgettable gaming experiences to AAA standards.That is why it is important that you understand the nuances of bringing an ingame experience together at AAA standard.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both meticulous workflow development and documentation as well as strong skills in budgeting control and reporting.
