Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager with a strong background in the gold industry to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing branch activities driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of gold products and market trends exceptional leadership skills and the ability to meet and exceed business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage branch staff including recruitment training performance evaluation and development.
- Ensure the branch maintains high standards of security and audit compliance particularly regarding gold transactions.

Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay competitive in the gold industry.

Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote customercentric culture and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.

Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage branch budgets including expense control and profitability analysis.
- Monitor financial performance including sales revenue and costs and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Gold Product Management:
- Maintain a deep understanding of gold products pricing and market dynamics.
- Oversee the purchase storage and sale of gold ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Implement risk management strategies to safeguard against market volatility.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the gold industry.
- Implement and monitor risk management practices including antimoney laundering (AML) and knowyourcustomer (KYC) policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
