Position: Process Engineer
Location: Reston VA #REMOTE
Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Delivers process support and serves as a technical liaison resource in planning activities for application releases change management process optimization and supporting initiatives.

Creates baseline tasks identifies gaps and assists with redesigning processes to deliver superior customer experiences.

Need to work with several teams customer communications and notifications are key update the leadership team and communication skills are very critical.

Facilitate calls with pre and postinstallations technical reviews & support in accommodating requests.

Required Qualifications:

Education Level: Bachelors Degree (Computer Science Information Technology or related field)

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution. Proficient

Knowledge of process engineering methods and evaluation criteria. Proficient

Knowledge of process improvement techniques. Proficient

Knowledge of process mapping and documentation techniques. Advanced

Ability to work with data and analytics. Proficient

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

50% Communication and technical liaison resource in planning activities for application releases change management process optimization and supporting initiatives

25% Creates baseline tasks identifies gaps and assists with redesigning processes to deliver superior customer experiences.

25% Facilitate calls with pre and postinstallations technical reviews & support in accommodating requests.
