Job Summary:
Computer CORE (Community Outreach and Education) a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through technology education and career development support is seeking a Customer Chat Support Specialist. This role involves providing prompt and effective assistance to customers via live chat ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and nontechnical issues.
Assist customers in navigating the platform and services.
Document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer support or chat support.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions.
Adaptability in a fastpaced environment.

How to Apply:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $17$24 per hour; however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
