Overview: As an Administrative Assistant you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of municipal offices. This role includes handling correspondence managing schedules and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos letters faxes and forms.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
