Job Description
EXPERIENCE : 10yrs
JOB TYPE : Full Time
LOCATION : Pune
Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting.Agile practices
and processes within our product development teams. You will work closely with cross
functional teams to ensure efficient and successful delivery of healthcare solutions.This
role requires a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver highquality products on
time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Scrum Facilitation: Act as a servantleader to the Agile teams ensuring that Scrum
ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews retrospectives etc.) are
conducted effectively.
2. Team Empowerment: Enable the team to be selforganizing and crossfunctional
removing impediments and facilitating continuous improvement.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with
stakeholders ensuring that they are informed about the progress of the product.

4. Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or
product quality.
5. Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts within the team and ensure a
collaborative working environment.
6. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance sprint progress and
product quality. Use this data to drive continuous improvement.
7. Scrum Best Practices: Stay up to date with Agile and Scrum best practices and advocate
for their adoption within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in a related field (Information Technology Engineering etc.).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
10 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong background in product
Development
Good to have knowledge of healthcare industry standards compliance requirements
and healthcare IT systems.
Strong communication facilitation and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced evolving environment and work collaboratively in
crossfunctional teams.
Experience with Agile project management tools and software.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Agile coaching experience.
Knowledge of Lean Kanban or other Agile frameworks.
Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
Scrum Master, Agile Methodologies, Kanban, Stakeholder management.
