OTA OTA




The Luxe Nomad/NISADE has a wellestablished and operating owner and property management division with a wide range of properties across Asia within its portfolio. Emerging from the pandemic and with a renewed sense of purpose with The Luxe Nomad s partnership we are looking to drive Property Management and Owner & Guest Experience forward and truly challenge the status quo within the hospitality industry.


Duties of this role include to develop and implement OTA sales strategies while managing their revenues aiming to maximize OTA sales.
To be responsible for executing proactive and efficient strategies to achieve superior performance against competitors and budget targets.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Operations and Management

  • Regularly audit content (images text descriptions) and collaborate with marketing and related departments to implement appropriate changes striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify the characteristics and needs of each hotel and area and conduct OTA marketing in close collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Develop package products in partnership with internal or external suppliers.
  • Set up OTA sales channels (room types plan creation etc.).
  • Propose and set OTA pricing and implement promotions.
  • Analyse sales data and booking status and create reports.
  • Perform data analysis and performance management.
  • Coordinate with representatives from each OTA site controllers and external tools to ensure integration functionality and sales settings.
  • Handle the contracting launch and sales processes for new OTAs.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint

  • Hotel Industry Experience (Reservation or OTA Management preferable)
  • Proficiency in understanding reading and writing Japanese
  • Businesslevel English skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and computer skills
  • Ability to accurately perform repetitive tasks
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Ability to independently plan propose execute and manage projects including reporting and scheduling
  • Ability to respect and facilitate smooth communication within the company regardless of different cultures or perspectives
  • Logical thinking based on facts and data
  • Ability to understand and incorporate trends and current fashions within the company
  • Willingness to proactively tackle a large volume of information
  • Holding a valid Japanese drivers license (automatic transmission acceptable)
