Mandatory: Salesforce Financial Service Cloud
Job Description:
- With FSC Functional Knowledge responsible for defining and building consensus on the solution scope with stakeholders
- Maintain a constant exchange with Clientside subject matter experts (SME) and support the development team as the internal FSC & Banking domain expert
- Defining and documenting the features user stories & acceptance criteria for the project
- A channel of communication coordination and exchange of ideas between project team members
- Should have extensive knowledge on sales force cloud
