Job Description

Hiire is helping Monite an innovative Fintech company that lets B2B platforms like neobanks or vertical SaaS add invoicing & payables automation for their clients in 24 weeks.

Who are we

Monite lets neobanks and other FinTech SaaS platforms embed financial workflows like invoicing payables automation expense management and accounting for their clients. A comprehensive set of developer tools including SDKs and widgets coupled with worldclass APIs dramatically reduces integration times for partners. Monite allows B2B platforms to offer a broad range of financial products to their customers optimizing efficiency quality and userexperience all while generating additional revenue. The company is backed by Third Prime P72 founders of Klarna Mollie and Nium and execs from Plaid and PayPal.

  • Example of the API client E.g. in the API case neobank Tide could 3x unit economics & engagement by offering expenses automation like Expensify/Rydoo and payables automation like Libeo/Meliopayments/Candis via our API. With our API itd be 48 week deployment time and closetozero building cost.

Monite lets neobanks or B2B SaaS companies embed Invoicing AP Automation and other functionalities into their existing interface in 35 weeks. Essentially were building a company like Stripe but focused on finance automation. Its a new industry were opening in Embedded Finance.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager/Account Executive with a proven track record in selfgenerating and closing MidMarket to enterprise level deals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and possess expertise in the following areas:

  • Managing the full sales cycle effectively
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce and maintaining data hygiene
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Outreach and Lusha
  • Collaborating closely with product teams and payments to influence and shape the overall business strategy

    Requirements:

    • You will have 7 years experience within a Business Development Manager/Account Executive position;
    • Close pipeline from start to finish;
    • Ideally you will have experience in a FinTech/Payments solutions organisation and with a more technical and customisable product;
    • Youll have experience in midmarket and enterprise sales
    • Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity networking and referrals;
    • You are datadriven and use metrics & funnels to monitor sales performance come up with initiatives and identify blockers.
