Job Title: Senior Network/Systems Engineer

Duration: 12 months contracttohire

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in DC MD VA WV PA DE NJ NC TX FL NY)

Project Summary

is seeking a Senior Systems Engineers to support its newly implemented Technical Operations Center (TOC). This position will eventually require some oncall 24/7 support (not at the beginning of the project but gradually). Details and specific hours to follow.

Essential Functions

CareFirsts TOC oversees monitoring and system health of all systems and platforms at including Networks and Applications. TOCs responsibilities include

Enterprise monitoring
Major incident response management
Event monitoring (traditional NOC responsibilities)

Top Five Skills Required

7 years of experience in an enterprise NOC (Network Operating Center) and/or TOC (Technology operating Center) environment (Candidates without a Bachelors degree will require an additional 4 years of professional experience)
Experience building out capabilities in a NOC (Network Operating Center) and/or TOC (Technology operating Center)
Performance monitoring experience with Dynatrace and ITSM experience using ServiceNow

Nice to have skills

Prior healthcare experience
ServiceNow/Dynatrace/ITIL certifications
