Job Title: Atlassian Administrator
Location: India Remote
Salary Preference: 2025 LPA (DOE)

Role Description:
We are looking for strong Atlassian administrator to support our cloud application suite. This position is responsible for supporting maintaining and extending our Atlassian suite. Within this role you will directly affect process implementation integrate Atlassian products with other internal applications and drive efficiencies for our organization.

Job Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as an Atlassian Cloud Admin with a strong focus on Guard Jira Confluence Jira Product Discovery (JPD) Jira Service Management (JSM) and Bitbucket. Experience working in Atlassian Cloud Enterprise plan is desired.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing Jira projects workflows screens and fields to meet specific team requirements.
Solid understanding of Jira administration including user management permissions and security settings.
Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and addons and their integration with Jira and Confluence.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving Atlassian toolrelated issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work independently take ownership of assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
Certifications in Atlassian products such as ACP620 ACPOA and ACP120 is a plus
Experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Low code platform Survey monkey Poppulo is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
Administer and configure the Atlassian suite of tools such as Jira Confluence Jira Product Discovery (JPD) Jira Service Management (JSM) and Bitbucket.
Manage user accounts permissions and general system configuration.
In partnership with scrum master / project manager address business problems and provide scalable solutions using Atlassian products.
Identify areas of improvement within the Atlassian suite and perform analysis and review of current workflows projects permissions and functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Atlassian tools including performance access and functionality
Create and update documentation on the setup and administration of Atlassian products.
Build dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders
Stay informed about the latest features updates and trends in Atlassian tools and recommend improvements for their optimal usage
Maintain governance policies security controls and compliance standards related to Atlassian tools
Conduct regular audits and optimizations of Atlassian tool configurations user access and permission settings
Provide technical and operational support as well as conduct training for employees and new hires on the usage of Jira and other Atlassian tools
Experience in migration of Jira project and data from Server or DC to Cloud instance and viceversa
Support SharePoint Online including inhouse built application from the Microsoft low code platform
Tier III support for global service desk for Microsoft 365 services
Other duties as required
