Location: Garfield Heights OH 44125
Duration: 12 Months

Work Type: Hybrid
Job Description:
- Candidate should have experience in:
- Construction Industry Billing/Progress billing: this includes AIA billing documents and creating SOVs (Schedule of Values)
- Familiarity with Lien waivers
- Customer contract review ability to determine customers billing requirements from purchase orders/contract docs
- Ability to work under pressure (deadlines) and handle a high volume workload with accuracy
- Basic Excel skills (familiar with formulas)
- Basic Math Skills
- Also experience with SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamic platforms is not required but a nice to have.
