Job Title: Bonitasoft BPM Developer
Location: Princeton New Jersey (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
As a Bonitasoft BPM Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using the Bonitasoft BPM platform. You will work closely with business analysts project managers and other developers to translate business requirements into effective BPM solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- BPM Solution Development:
- Design and develop BPM workflows and processes using Bonitasoft BPM.
- Customize and configure Bonitasoft BPM applications to meet business requirements.
- Implement business rules data models and user interfaces within Bonitasoft.
- Integration and Automation:
- Integrate BPM processes with existing systems and applications.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline business processes.
- Ensure seamless data flow between BPM and other enterprise systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of BPM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BPM workflows and integrations.
- Documentation and Training:
- Document BPM processes configurations and solutions.
- Provide training and support to endusers and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest Bonitasoft BPM features and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing BPM solutions using Bonitasoft BPM.
- Strong understanding of BPM principles and methodologies.
- Experience with process modeling workflow design and business rule implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Bonitasoft BPM tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript for customization and scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
- Familiarity with database management (e.g. MySQL Oracle SQL Server).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Bonitasoft BPM.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of other BPM tools and platforms.
