We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals with mental health conditions. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and contribute to their overall wellbeing.

Duties:
Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients utilizing various therapeutic modalities .
Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical documentation and records ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists psychologists and social workers to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Provide crisis intervention services as needed.


Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field.
Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Maryland.
Proven experience in providing therapy services to individuals with mental health conditions.
Strong knowledge of diagnostic criteria (e.g. ICD9) and treatment approaches.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Proficiency in medical documentation.
