Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations and trends, and actively engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
- Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target demographics and achieve campaign objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and inform future strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Moderate user-generated content and comments to maintain a positive and respectful online environment.
- Monitor and report on social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
