Job Description
- Leads recruiting efforts for all the aligned business and/or functional areas to ensure hiring targets are met – this will include intake sessions for new positions, requisition management activities, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/ screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hire on-boarding, etc
- Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges and represents plan to the leadership
- Preparing internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs
- Partners and consults with hiring organizations, across multiple disciplines and organizations.
