Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage email correspondence ensuring timely responses and prioritizing important messages.
  

• Maintain and organize calendars scheduling appointments meetings and events with precision.
  

• Assist with marketing efforts including content creation social media management and campaign coordination.
  

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in email and calendar management preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
  

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  

• Trustworthy and dependable with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  

• Familiarity with Keap CRM Google Workspace and ClickUp is advantageous.
  

• Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials is a plus.
