Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Sales Representative with 34 years of experience to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new sales opportunities and effectively close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Present and promote company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs problems interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 34 years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
