Job Description
Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead the security team and direct them effectively, organize schedules and distribute tasks, and develop action plans to improve team performance.
Knowledge of security technologies: A deep understanding of modern technologies in the field of security, such as surveillance systems, electronic devices and alarm systems.
Ability to provide training: Ability to develop and implement training programs for the security team, including training on handling emergency situations and security behavior.
