Role: IT Resource Manager (Female)

Location: Netaji Subhas Place Delhi

Requirements:

The IT Resource Manager will collaborate with project ana IT managers to develop maintain and balance the overall Enterprises IT Resource portfolio. This will enable resource mobility across different functional area.

Act as a resource for Senior IT leadership in the planning implementation and reporting of strategic IT resource management initiatives.

Formally establish develop and implement processes and procedures for project portfolio modeling and analysis.

Assess all resources allocated to projects and operational activities ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the IT organization.

Guarantee the full and proper utilization of the organizations resources.

Monitor and report on trends in resource usage and utilization communicating effectively with all IT resource stakeholders through portfolio websites status reports project planning tools presentations etc.

Engage in organizational design the creation of position descriptions and the recruitment of resources necessary to carry out strategic IT initiatives.

Should have experience in closing of SAP roles in current or previous companies.
