Founding Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and architect the core AI and machine learning systems that power the companys healthcare SaaS platform
• Design and implement highly scalable and robust software infrastructure to support the AI and SaaS components
• Lead and mentor a team of exceptional engineers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product management data science and operations to ensure seamless integration and delivery of highquality products

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cofounder and CTO of at least one successful startup with a track record of building and scaling AIpowered products from the ground up
• Extensive expertise in AI machine learning and deep learning techniques with a strong understanding of their applications in the healthcare domain
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python C and Java as well as relevant frameworks and tools
• Exceptional problemsolving critical thinking and leadership skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Desired Qualifications:

• Current or recent experience as a Level 5 or Level 6 engineer at a FAANG company (Google Amazon Apple Netflix or Meta)
• Expertise in building and deploying AI and machine learning models at scale in a production environment
• Experience with healthcare data and regulatory compliance (e.g. HIPAA GDPR)
• Handson experience with SaaS development and deployment pipelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced startup environment
