We are looking for a Shift Leader to oversee operations and workers
during scheduled shifts.
Youll guarantee that the production process is carried out smoothly and
efficiently so that expected production goals are met.
Responsible for directing coordinating and evaluating the work of lowerlevel line personnel Train and coach new employees Manage timeoff requests and handle lastminute absences.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as Shift Supervisor or similar role
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Advance skills in MS Office
Communication and interpersonal skills
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
Problemsolving skills
BE Mech/Diploma with 46yrs experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred.
