Job summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong background in Business Associate roles possessing 11 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CICS z/OS Unix administration z/OS and Mainframe environments. This role is pivotal in driving our technology programs to success ensuring operational excellence and aligning with our strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the mainframe domain ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals.
Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Where required negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.

Qualifications:
Must have a deep understanding of CICS z/OS Unix administration z/OS and Mainframe environments.
Proven ability to manage large scale projects and lead crossfunctional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and monitor the progress of various project components.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation to meet project goals.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve project issues.
A proactive approach to project management with the ability to anticipate potential challenges and devise effective solutions.
