Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals.

3. Team Leadership Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Digital Marketing Expertise:

• Indepth knowledge of various digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing.
• Experience in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

5. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills with the ability to interpret and derive insights from campaign performance metrics.

6. Strategic Thinker:

Ability to think strategically identify opportunities and develop effective solutions to drive business growth
